What was your path to becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist?

I initially pursued a career in medicine but discovered my passion for psychology after taking a course. This sparked my interest in mental health, especially as I navigated my own challenges with chronic pain. I changed my major to psychology, graduated, and pursued becoming a therapist to help others find their resilience and navigate life's challenges.
